Bake Days - Gluten Free Chocolate Crisps Cakes

Everyone makes crispy cakes every Easter right?! I thought I'd use gluten free cereal instead of the usual Coco Pops. 

Here's what you'll need -

300g milk chocolate
gluten free chocolate cereal
mini eggs
mini cream eggs
cupcake cases of your choice
a muffin tin

1. Break up your chocolate and place in bowl over boiling water. Melt the chocolate and stir until its smooth.
2. Place your chosen cereal into a bowl and add the melt chocolate, stir until all is combined.
3. Now get your muffin tin and line with the cupcake cases, spoon each case with 2 teaspoons. Make sure all cases are filled, making a little hole in the middle.
4. Add a mini cream egg in the middle of each crispy cake, then add 3 mini eggs (see picture)
5. Sprinkle with edible glitter and leave to set for 1 hour. Ta da!
