Outfit Of The Day - Autumn Squirrel Dress

How is it Sunday already!? This week has gone by soooo quick and I feel like I haven't had the chance to stop! After a busy day yesterday travelling up to Liverpool to get my Disney inspired tattoo started, it was nice to have a lazy morning before heading out to get some groceries. The weather has been pretty drab and raining most of the week so it was a total surprise to have sunshine today!

I don't know about you but I'm extremely excited about Autumn coming along! Don't get me wrong I love Summer and being able to wear pretty dresses in the sunshine. I just love being cosy, drinking PSL's and getting my craft on for Halloween! Hehe!

Today I wore the super cute squirrel print dress designed by the talented fabric designer Micheline Pitt of PUG. The detail is one of my favourite woodland animals squirrels, complete with all things Autumn (I think I've said Autumn a lot!) The fabric is comfy for all seasons and it has a little stretch in it for more comfort. This is definitely one of my favourite dresses I have in my closet. What can I say I'm a sucker for all things Autumn and this fits in perfectly!! My outfit wouldn't be complete without a Luxulite brooch.

Thank you to my darling husband for always helping me with taking these photos!

What have you been up to this weekend? Do you have a favourite dress in your closet?

  1. OhmyGOSH this print is SO GOOD! Hehheeh I absolutely love it and your collection of brooches too! I'm working on some cookie brooches atm but they all look quite shit so far. HAHAHA.

YAY for a Disney inspired tattoo! I want to get more tattoos as well. :)

And YES! I do have a favorite dress in my closet - it's a 1960's lace babydoll that my grandmother gave to me. Her first husband passed away before I was borng and when she got remarried, she wore that dress to a little ceremony with my grandfather in Monterey, California. It's so special to me and will always be my favorite! Hehe.

I hope you've had a good day, darling! xoxoxoxo

    1. Its a fave of mine for sure! My Luxulite brooch collection is getting rather big and I've had to stop myself from buying more!!

I loved reading about your fave piece and that its a part of your Grandmothers collection! Wow! I bet its so dreamy!! xx
